Cloud Computing & Artificial Intelligence
We design and operate modern cloud environments built for federal compliance, including FedRAMP and FISMA. We run applied AI on live AHRQ and ONC programs, inside secure agency environments, with every output human-reviewed. Separately, in our own R&D, we have built and benchmarked on-premises large language model infrastructure to prove out secure, data-sovereign AI for federal use.
- Cloud architecture and migration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- FedRAMP and FISMA authorization support
- Applied AI on live federal programs (AHRQ, ONC)
- On-premises LLM and RAG infrastructure (Conselara R&D)
- Data engineering and analytics pipelines
DevOps & Automation
We build the automation that keeps federal health platforms reliable and secure: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps controls, and continuous monitoring. We have run high-traffic federal platforms with zero reported downtime and modernized legacy systems through major framework migrations.
- CI/CD pipeline automation
- DevSecOps and continuous monitoring
- Infrastructure as code
- Platform and framework migrations
- Zero-downtime operations
Digital Health & Technical Support
We operate national health IT platforms and support the standards behind them: FHIR-based APIs, TEFCA participation, clinical decision support, and health data standards. As a prime contractor we host and operate a public-facing federal health IT platform serving millions, and we deliver secure, Section 508-compliant technical support across the full lifecycle.
- National health IT platform operations
- FHIR, interoperability, and TEFCA
- Clinical decision support and data standards
- EHR and clinical systems
- Section 508 accessibility and O&M
Stakeholder Adoption & Communications
Technology programs reach their full value when the people they are built for are brought in early. We design training that fits how users actually work, build communications that earn buy-in before launch, and run the feedback loops that show adoption is real. We have delivered national webinars reaching 500 to 1,500 participants and dissemination across 130+ research networks and 67,000+ clinicians.
- Change management and communications
- Training and adoption design
- National webinars and dissemination
- Stakeholder engagement and buy-in
- Adoption measurement and feedback loops
