Experience. Daniyal has spent more than 25 years in federal technology, and founded Conselara in 2014 after fifteen years at Booz Allen Hamilton. His work has consistently been the same shape: an agency knows what it needs to accomplish and not yet how, and he is brought in to decide the architecture and then stay to deliver it. He has done that in technology strategy and multi year roadmapping, cloud architecture and migration, enterprise web platforms at national scale, delivery leadership across mixed federal and contractor teams, security and compliance through authorization to operate, and applied AI.
He has designed an agency's target computing architecture through a pilot, and seen the agency adopt it as the template for every remaining center. He has built and delivered a federal information systems office's five year technology roadmap alongside its executive leadership. He has led teams of twenty to twenty five running an agency's entire portfolio of enterprise business applications, designed and operated a vendor registration platform serving more than a hundred thousand users worldwide, delivered an enterprise database migration in under six months, and moved a national health information platform's authorization to operate from one agency to another without an interruption in service.
At Conselara. He runs capture and delivery oversight, which in a company this size means the person who wins the work is the person accountable for it. He grew Conselara's role on a national health platform from subcontractor to prime. And he built the company's AI capability himself rather than buying it: a retrieval platform running self hosted inference alongside commercial models, proven out first on hardware in his own lab. Away from the work. Daniyal holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He lives in Maryland with his wife and four children. He is usually on a motorcycle, behind a camera, or listening to something on tubes.
